Soul Food is a friendly group that meets every Thursday for charismatic worship, teaching and faith sharing at St. Charles Borromeo Church from 7-9pm.

An evening at Soul Food includes praise and worship, followed by a Bible teaching or talk on a particular theme. Each evening ends with a time of response such as prayer ministry, small group discussion/faith sharing or an opportunity for prayer or adoration.

In order to grow together in our faith and friendship, we also make time for a drink together after our Thursday evenings of prayer as well as organising various other social gatherings.
